Kite is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate in Gurugram for end‑to‑end recruitment across technology, product, and business functions. The role suits someone starting their TA career and eager to learn hands‑on recruitment processes.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and portals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience in a fast‑paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
• Fresher’s with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare/modify job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to track interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Support offer rollouts, negotiation discussions, and pre‑joining engagement.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment‑related initiatives.
• Stay updated on relevant talent markets, sourcing channels, and recruitment trends.
