Job summary

Extension Architecture is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to help us find, attract and hire great people in Bengaluru. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the business and handle the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate scheduling, and keep the ATS up to date. You’ll also contribute to employer branding and campaigns to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and write clear job descriptions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, and schedule subsequent rounds.
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring teams and maintain ATS accuracy.
• Track metrics and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout.
• Support offers, reference checks and onboarding handover.
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

What you'll do

• Work with hiring managers to understand each role and write clear, appealing job descriptions
• Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
• Screen CVs and run first-round phone and video interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams
• Keep the applicant tracking system and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date
• Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage
• Support offers, reference checks and handover to onboarding
• Help with employer branding, careers page content and recruitment campaigns
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline status, and share regular updates

What we're looking for

• [1–3] years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR (graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply)
• Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and sourcing techniques
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage several roles at once
• A people-first approach and a professional, friendly manner with candidates
• Comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana or an ATS
