Job summary

Synthires is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

You will engage in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain ATS records while building a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview scheduling.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment-related administrative and operational activities.
