Job summary

Indihire Consultants is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in a fast-paced environment. You will own delivery against headcount plans, timelines, and KPIs while building robust pipelines through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment, strong experience leading teams, and a deep understanding of technology hiring.

• Develop talent maps for hard-to-hire skills.
• Use market intelligence to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
• Own hiring delivery against agreed headcount plans, timelines, and recruitment KPIs.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche and highly competitive technology skills.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active technical talent.
• Evaluate candidates for technical capability, experience, career trajectory, and cultural alignment.
• Partner with interview panels to ensure structured and consistent candidate assessment.
• Define and implement scalable technical recruitment processes.
• Drive improvements in time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Leverage ATS, recruitment analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop talent maps and pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire technology skills.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment, with significant experience hiring technology professionals.
• Proven experience managing or leading technical recruitment teams.
