We are looking for a Team Lead/Assistant Manager – Recruitment to lead and drive hiring for IT Infrastructure, EUC, Network Support, Field Services, Data Center, and related technical roles across the EMEA and APAC regions. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, leading recruitment initiatives, building talent pipelines, mentoring recruiters, and partnering with hiring managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with strong experience in technical hiring who are looking to take ownership of recruitment delivery and contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
- Drive hiring for roles including Desktop Support, EUC L1/L2 Engineers, Field Technicians, Network Support Engineers, Data Center Technicians, System Administrators, and other IT Infrastructure positions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, vendor partners, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer discussions, and hiring decisions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and high-volume technical requirements across multiple geographies.
- Manage offer rollout, onboarding documentation, joining confirmations, and deployment readiness.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, SLA adherence, aging reports, and hiring metrics while ensuring timely closures.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators to improve sourcing quality and delivery efficiency.
- Strengthen relationships with staffing partners and vendors to ensure quality candidate submissions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, ATS updates, and management reports.
- Support hiring across multiple countries, regions, and time zones while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and organizational policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment quality, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, IT Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for IT Infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), Network Support, Data Center, Field Services, and related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, networking, desktop support, hardware, software, cloud fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience hiring across the UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, or other international regions is preferred.
- Good understanding of permanent, contract, freelance, contingent workforce, and managed staffing hiring models.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience mentoring recruiters and driving recruitment delivery is preferred.
- Knowledge of technical certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, or Cisco certifications is an added advantage.
