Job summary

Indovision Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on telecom recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, and driving timely closures.

You will work on Telecom, NOC, Network Operations, RF, 4G/5G roles and related technical profiles, with travel to client locations as needed. A strong sourcing and screening background is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA is required.
• Hands-on experience in telecom recruitment.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• 6-day work week with shifting Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for Telecom and related technical profiles (L1/L2/L3 Engineers, NOC, RF, 4G/5G).
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews, client discussions, feedback, offers, and joining.
• Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate pipelines.
• Build a strong talent pool for Telecom and Network Engineering roles.
• Ensure timely closures of requirements and minimize offer dropouts.
• Travel to client locations for recruitment drives and interviews when required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring for Telecom, NOC, Network Operations, RF, 4G/5G, and L1/L2/L3 Telecom and Network Engineer positions, along with other related technical roles.

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.

Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, and compensation.

Coordinate interviews, client discussions, feedback, offers, and joining.

Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate pipelines.

Requirements

Hands-on experience hiring L1/L2/L3 Engineers or Network Engineers and Handle hiring for Telecom, NOC, Network Operations, RF, 4G/5G, and related technical roles.

Good understanding of technical recruitment and Telecom profiles.

Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel to client locations.
