Job Description Experience Required: 3+ years in recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume/mass hiring within the telecom, DTH, or a similar service-oriented industry.

Key Requirements & Desired Skills: Mass Hiring Expertise (Post-Sales): This is paramount. We need someone who has demonstrable experience in quickly and efficiently sourcing, screening, and onboarding many candidates for roles directly related to post-sales activities.

This specifically includes: Installation Technicians: Broadband, DTH, cable, etc. Understanding the technical aspects and safety requirements for these roles is crucial. Field Service Engineers/Executives: Those involved in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer visits. This recruiter must be adept at identifying and evaluating candidates for team leadership positions.

This includes: First-line Managers/Supervisors: For installation teams, field operations, etc. Understanding of Leadership Qualities: Ability to assess candidates for their ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and drive results in a high-pressure environment.

Telecom Industry Knowledge: While not strictly mandatory for every role, given our context, a recruiter with prior experience in telecom, DTH, or even white goods/consumer electronics service networks will have a significant advantage.

They'll understand the jargon, the roles, and the industry's pace. Expertise in using various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal databases, referrals, campus hiring for entry-level roles within post-sales).

Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing a high volume of applications and maintaining data integrity. Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers, operations heads, and HR business partners to understand specific requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
