The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Telecom / Engineering / Non-IT Recruiter with a strong US Staffing background to source top talent for fast-paced projects in Noida.

The ideal candidate excels at building candidate relationships, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and managing multiple hiring requirements while meeting timelines in a dynamic Noida-based setup. Experience in Telecom/Engineering/Manufacturing/Infrastructure in the US market is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-8 years in Telecom, Engineering, or Non-IT Recruitment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent platforms.
• Experience recruiting for Telecom, Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or other Non-IT domains in the US market.
• Excellent candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and meet delivery timelines.
