Qualifications

• Ensure PC builds comply with organizational standards.
• Generate reports, productivity metrics, and trend analysis.
• Identify and proactively address recurring issues.
• Work flexible shifts to support 24x5 operations.

Shift: Rotational Shift (24x5 Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation and deployment of new IT infrastructure.
• Provide end-user support for:
  • Laptops & Desktops
  • Mobile devices
  • Printers
  • Network-related issues
  • Meeting room/AV support
• Support and manage Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Administer Group Policies and infrastructure services such as:
  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • Packaging
  • Scripting
• Ensure PC builds comply with organizational standards.
• Generate reports, productivity metrics, and trend analysis.
• Identify and proactively address recurring issues.
• Work flexible shifts to support 24x5 operations.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in end-user support for large user environments (1000+ users).
