Job summary

SSD Shared Services in India is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to manage end-user support and the deployment of IT infrastructures. The role covers Windows AD, group policies, Mac OS/iOS, and JAMF MDMS, with scripting via PowerShell.

You will oversee a 1000-user environment, ensure PC build compliance, and generate productivity reports. The position requires 6-9 years of experience, and offers hybrid work at client offices in Chennai with a shift from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in end-user IT support and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Microsoft AD, Group Policies and ITIL processes
• Experience supporting a user base around 1000 users
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, MDMs (JAMF) and scripting in PowerShell

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of new IT infrastructure
• Provide support for workspace equipment (laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, network, meeting rooms)
• Maintain PC builds compliance with Fidelity standards
• Produce reports and statistics to monitor team productivity
• Be flexible to work 24/5 operations and shifts
• Collaborate with Fidelity support groups in India and abroad
• Prepare trending reports and data analyses for issues
• Assist with security/compliance like DLP and encryption

Job description

Mandatory Skills

• Supervision of installation of new IT infrastructures
• Provide support to general workspace equipment (like Laptop, Desktops, Mobile, Printers, Network, Meeting Room support, etc...)In this role, you will be responsible for Gurubar operations with good understanding of Microsoft AD environment, Group policies, infrastructure service like DHCP/DNS/Packaging/Scripting.
• Maintain the compliance of the PC builds with Fidelity Standards
• Produce the necessary reports and statistics to control the team productivity and give a proactive answer to re-occurring issues.
• Flexible to work in shifts and support operations 24/5 around the clock
• Previous end user support experience, on a user community of 1000 users
• Requires knowledge on the following:
• Knowledge in supporting MAC OSX , IOS platform, MDMs, JAMF
• Good Knowledge on Scripting using PowerShell
• Collaborate with other Fidelity support groups in and out of India
• Knowledge of ITIL process, ITIL certification will be an added advantage
• Good Exposure to Ticket Tools like Service Now and extract trending reports and data for analysis

The Skills that are Good to Have for this role

4. Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment. Full Remote work is not an option
5. Expect Full Return to office in 2026
