Writer Information is hiring an IT Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, or IT Infrastructure Support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide end-user technical support in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and Active Directory-related requests.
• Log and track incidents using ticketing tools and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams when required.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.

• Customer-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and 6 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zoho Desk, or similar ticketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of antivirus, endpoint security, and patch management.
• ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, or Networking certifications are an added advantage.
