Job summary

Shashwath Solution is hiring for an IT infrastructure support role in Maharashtra. The candidate will monitor infrastructure alerts, resolve events, and escalate as needed. The role requires good communication, ability to work 24x7 shifts, and bridging calls to business during incidents.

Knowledge of WIN & Unix, ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jump, and HP ITSM is preferred. Candidates with L1 skills and strong troubleshooting abilities are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to monitor infrastructure alerts and resolve events.

Detailed :
Ability to monitor the infrastructure alerts and take action to resolve the events
Escalate to business as needed
Perform Health checks to ensure the start & end of business hours
To have knowledge on IT infrastructure able to bridge calls to the business incase of known incidents
Ability to work in shifts 24 x 7
Sound knowledge & hands on experience on WIN & Unix L1 skill
Ability to communicate to users over telephone e-mail communication in English
Have knowledge on handling ITSM services such as Service now , Jump , HP ITSM added advantage
Ability to multitask on different process & schedulers like Ctrl-m , Autosys
