Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for laptop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems and software applications.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365, including user accounts, email, licenses, and basic troubleshooting.
• Administer and maintain internal servers, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewall and network security issues.
• Manage antivirus/endpoint security solutions and ensure systems are protected.
• Coordinate with ISPs for connectivity, troubleshooting, issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.
• Perform regular system backups, recovery, and basic disaster recovery activities.
