Job summary

Progressive Techserve is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide desktop and network troubleshooting for Genpact clients. The role involves desk-side support for local users and remote assistance for others, ensuring timely responses to ticketed requests.

Rotational 24x7 shifts are involved, with six working days per week. The position is office-based (WFO) in Gurugram, Haryana, offering cab facilities for odd hours. Only male candidates are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails, and instant chat messaging tool.
• Coordination with engineers and users.
• Providing desk side support for local users and remote assistance for users.
• Monitor, track and respond to customer satisfaction survey responses.
