Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS on desktops, laptops, and workstations.
• Install, upgrade RAM, HDD, and SSD storage devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including peripherals.
• Configure BIOS/UEFI settings, boot sequence, virtualization, firmware updates, and security settings.
• Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network cabling.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist IT infrastructure deployment, migration, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of hardware inventory, network configurations, and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and organizational best practices.
