Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a System Engineer in Bangalore to join the electrical controls and panel design team. You will handle electrical schematic design, switchgear selection, PLC programming, SCADA screen development, and factory validation of control panels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in electrical architecture and control design, with hands-on work on AutoCAD/ECAD tools, and experience across Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Electrical & Electronics is required.
• 3+ years in control design and electrical architecture.
• Experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
• Experience with switchgear selection and ECAD/AutoCAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical schematics, GA, and IGA in ECAD tools.
• Select switchgear components and perform design calculations.
• Develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic for multiple brands.
• Implement Modbus/Ethernet IP communication.
• Set drive parameters and integrate with PLCs.
• Validate MCC/PLC-based control systems.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our electrical controls and panel design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical schematic design, switchgear selection, PLC programming, SCADA screen development, and factory validation of control panels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare electrical schematics, GA, and IGA in ECAD tools.
2. Select appropriate switchgear components and perform design calculations.
3. Develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic for Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
4. Understand and implement communication protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet IP.
5. Set drive parameters and establish communication with various PLCs.
6. Validate and troubleshoot MCC and PLC-based control systems.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical architecture and control design.
• Control panel design and development (3+ years).
• Schematic and harness design experience (3+ years).
• PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi) 3+ years.
