Aakrithi Automation And Technology in Bengaluru (Hebbal) is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 13 years in industrial automation. You will lead electrical schematic and panel design, develop wiring diagrams, and ensure documentation accuracy using EPLAN P8.

Responsibilities include creating layouts, terminal diagrams, cable schedules, and maintaining revision control while coordinating with project, automation, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in Electrical Design for Automation.
• Hands-on experience with EPLAN Electric P8.
• Knowledge of control panels, PLC, and VFD panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with IEC/IS electrical standards.

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Design Engineer with 13 years of experience in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for electrical schematic design, panel design, and documentation using EPLAN P8, ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design electrical schematics, control panels, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN P8.
2. Prepare electrical layouts, terminal diagrams, and cable schedules.
3. Develop and maintain accurate electrical documentation.
4. Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and customer specifications.
5. Coordinate with project, automation, and production teams.
6. Support panel manufacturing and resolve design-related issues.
7. Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.
8. Maintain revision control and version management of drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical or related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in Electrical Design for Automation.
3. Hands-on experience with EPLAN Electric P8.
4. Basic knowledge of control panels, PLC panels, and VFD panels.
5. Understanding of electrical standards (IEC / IS preferred).
6. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

1. Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
2. Experience in BOM preparation and panel costing.
