Requirements and Responsibilities

• Preparation of electrical circuit diagram.
• Well-known about the preparation of BOM.
• Preparation of layouts.
• Well known about panel wiring and testing.
• Designing the electrical control panel for the project.
• Selection of equipment load calculation or machine total power consumption calculation, and selection of cables for input power and power cables.
• Selection of equipment to manufacture the electrical control panel for the project by observing the technical data sheet.
• The selection of PLC depends on the number of inputs and outputs and AD/DA modules for the proposed projects.
• Selection of suitable equipment for the proposed budget of the project.
• Clear the assembly issues regarding releases and circuit diagrams.
• Troubleshooting of PLC-related problems and resolution.
• Technical problem shooting and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of control circuit troubleshooting.
