Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a System Engineer to join the electrical controls and panel design team. You will lead electrical schematic design, select switchgear, and develop PLC programs to meet client specifications, with hands-on validation on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a BE in Electrical & Electronics, proficiency with AutoCAD/ECAD, and familiarity with Modbus/Ethernet IP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical architecture and control design.
• Control panel design and development
• Schematic and harness design experience
• PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
• Switchgear component selection
• AutoCAD/ECAD tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our electrical controls & panel design team.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical schematic design, switchgear selection, PLC programming, SCADA screen development, and factory validation of control panels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical schematics, GA, and IGA in ECAD tools.
• Select appropriate switchgear components and perform design calculations.
• Develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic for Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
• Understand and implement communication protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet IP.
• Set drive parameters and establish communication with various PLCs.
• Validate and troubleshoot MCC and PLC-based control systems.
