You will prepare engineering deliverables, coordinate with global teams, and ensure high-quality system execution as per standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering required.
• 3–6 years of experience in control panel integration or industrial automation.
• Knowledge of control panel components, power circuits, PLCs, and protocols (MODBUS, PROFINET, CAN).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and panel layout drawings.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop control system hardware including GA drawings, wiring schematics, SLDs, and loop diagrams.
• Select components (relays, I/O modules, processors, barriers) per project specs.
• Prepare BOMs, wiring databases, and typical drawings using CAD tools.
• Perform power/heat-load calculations and ensure IEC/UL/CE compliance.
• Maintain design docs, revision control, and customer review cycles.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and global engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot design vs. build issues during panel integration.
• Support FAT and ensure project requirements compliance.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks.

Job Summary

The role involves preparing engineering deliverables, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring high-quality system execution as per standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control system hardware including GA drawings, wiring schematics, SLDs, and loop diagrams.
• Select appropriate components (relays, I/O modules, processors, barriers, etc.) based on project specifications.
• Prepare BOMs, wiring databases, and typical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN.
• Perform power and heat-load calculations and ensure compliance with IEC/UL/CE standards.
• Maintain design documentation, revision control, and manage customer review cycles.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and global engineering teams for assembly and execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design vs. build discrepancies during panel integration.
• Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, conduct stakeholder discussions, and manage risks.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in control panel integration, PLC cabinet design, or industrial automation projects.
• Strong understanding of control panel components, power circuits, PLCs, and communication protocols (MODBUS, PROFINET, CAN, etc.).
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and panel layout drawings.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fieldbus communication (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, MODBUS).
• Familiarity with compliance standards (CE, UL, ATEX).
