Job summary

Dyuti Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, printers, and peripherals. You will provide technical support to employees, manage endpoint security and patches, handle onboarding and offboarding, asset tracking, and document IT configurations, ensuring compliance with IT standards.

This role involves coordinating with vendors and escalating complex issues to administrators.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, application, and endpoint-related issues.
• Manage endpoint security, antivirus/EDR solutions, operating system patches, and security updates.
• Configure, manage, and support domain-joined systems and remote/work-from-home (WFH) endpoints.
• Manage IT asset allocation, inventory, tracking, repairs, replacements, and returns.
• Support employee onboarding, device provisioning, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Monitor endpoint health, security status, and compliance with company IT standards and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, endpoints, incidents, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding hardware, software, warranties, and technical support.
• Escalate server, firewall, network, database, and other infrastructure-related issues to the appropriate administrators.
