Job summary

Intigate Technologies is seeking a graduate IT Helpdesk Technician to join our support team in India. You will be the first point of contact for end users, installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and managing user accounts via Active Directory and Office 365.

You will provide remote and in-person support for Windows and Mac, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN issues, and document resolutions for our knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk/support environments.
• Familiar with hybrid/cloud environments (Office 365, Azure AD).
• Knowledge of deployment tools SCCM, Intune.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Maintain and manage user accounts through Active Directory, Office 365, and other platforms.
• Provide remote and in-person technical support for Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Monitor and manage service requests and incidents using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Support mobile device management and basic printer/scanner setup. Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base and maintain IT documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, antivirus updates, and patch management.
• Assist in IT asset inventory and procurement processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams or vendors as necessary.
