Job summary

Tekskills in Hyderabad, India seeks an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues. You will provide phone, email, remote and on-site assistance, install and configure devices, and manage equipment inventory.

The role requires knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux, plus basic networking (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN). You will diagnose problems, escalate complex cases, and support a smooth IT operation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
