Job summary

Tekskills in Chennai seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide phone, email, remote and on-site assistance for a range of technical problems. You will install and configure computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking gear, and help users resolve connectivity and device issues.

This role requires effective diagnostics, knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and the ability to review logs and run monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
