Job summary

Tekskills in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide on-site and remote assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. You will install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and connectivity, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.

The role requires knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, LAN/WAN, and security tools; strong diagnostic skills; and a customer-focused approach to resolving tickets quickly.

Responsibilities
