Job summary

Pylon Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Administrator to manage end-user computing, Windows devices, and M365 services. You will handle device lifecycle, security configurations, and provide basic cloud support while coordinating with vendors.

Your role includes Intune BYOD administration, endpoint security enforcement, and basic cloud/resource management on AWS and Google Cloud. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computing.
• 3–4 years of IT Administrator/Windows Administrator experience.
• Experience supporting end-user computing, M365, and IT security operations.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain Windows laptops for employees.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, upgrades, and device lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and application issues.
• Ensure endpoints comply with security and configuration standards.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Computing s Device Management

• Provision, configure, and maintain Windows laptops for employees
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, upgrades, and device lifecycle activities

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage users, licenses, groups, and access in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
• Administer Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Support email security, collaboration tools, and data access controls
• Troubleshoot M365-related issues and user requests

Mobile Device Management (BYOD Intune)

• Administer Microsoft Intune for BYOD devices and managed applications
• Enforce device compliance, conditional access, and security policies
• Manage application deployment and selective wipe for employee-owned devices
• Align BYOD controls with security and compliance requirements

Network s Connectivity

• Manage office network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and Wi‑Fi
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for internet connectivity and issue resolution
• Support VPN and secure remote access solutions
• Monitor network availability, performance, and basic security

IT Security s Zscaler

• Perform basic administration of Zscaler ZIA (day-to-day operations; setup handled by third party)
• Manage user access, policies, and troubleshooting in coordination with vendors
• Enforce endpoint security controls such as encryption and access restrictions
• Support SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance activities and audits

Cloud Administration (AWS s Google Cloud Basic)

• Provide basic administration support for AWS and Google Cloud environments
• Manage limited cloud resources such as EC2, databases, VPCs, and security groups
• Support access management and basic networking configuration
• Coordinate cloud-related changes with internal teams and vendors

Vendor, Asset s Documentation Management

• Work with vendors for hardware, licenses, security, and connectivity services
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, licenses, and cloud resources
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and security controls
• Ensure attention to detail in execution and record‑keeping

Qualifications Education

• Bachelors in Computers Application or Diploma in Computer Engineering or comparable degree

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in an IT Administrator / Windows Administrator role
• Experience supporting end-user computing, M365, and IT security operations

Technical Skills

• Strong Windows administration and troubleshooting skills
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) in a BYOD setup
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Basic exposure to AWS and Google Cloud (compute, networking, databases)
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and Zscaler ZIA administration
