Job summary

Kalkine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a skilled IT Infrastructure professional to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems.

You will manage servers, storage, virtualization, and networks, while administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Key responsibilities include AD/DNS/DHCP and group policy configuration, security controls, backup and DR planning, and user support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows and macOS systems in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2022 and Active Directory.
• Managing Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive in Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Intune and device management.
• Knowledge of firewall, VPN, and endpoint protection for security compliance.
• Experience in backups, DR, and business continuity planning.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell and monitoring tools.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, and networks.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies. Ensure IT security through firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and compliance controls.
• Perform system monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies across IT systems.
• Automate routine tasks and optimize system performance using PowerShell, scripting, and monitoring tools.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance to the support team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable IT solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams adoption.
• Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment in Office 365 panel.
• Create and Manage the Mail Transport Rule.
• Assist with mail flow troubleshooting including message traces. Compliance and Security management of office 365.
• Working Experience in Intune Management and Deployment to End User device.
• Experience with Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards.
• Develop and implement security policies using Conditional Access and Compliance Policies for mobile devices and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users across the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure devices meet security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy mobile applications via Intune and ensure app updates are delivered on time.
• Provide end-user support and training on mobile device security practices.
• Monitored device compliance with company policies, identifying and addressing security gaps and vulnerabilities.
• On boarding of new users.
• Assigning User Licenses to users for endpoint configuration.
