Job summary

CirrusLabs, LLC in Hyderabad, India is seeking an IT Administrator to manage Azure Active Directory, user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policies, alongside Microsoft 365 services.

You will install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, provide L1 support, monitor networks, ensure security, backups, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT Administration or System Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of Azure VMs, Storage, VNet, Entra ID/Azure AD, Monitor, AKS.
• Knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS/EKS.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with backup and restore solutions in Azure.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting is an advantage.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure Active Directory, users, groups, permissions, and Group Policies.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide L1 technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network connectivity.
• Manage antivirus/endpoint security and ensure systems are patched and up to date.
• Perform regular data backups and assist with restore and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding using Jira; maintain IT asset inventory.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance in Intune.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, and support.

Monitor system health, availability, and performance in Intune. Troubleshoot application, operating‑system, and infrastructure issues. Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, Runbooks. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, networking, and support. Follow IT security policies and assist with security audits and compliance requirements when needed
