Job summary

JK Maini Precision Technology is seeking a logistics and export management professional to handle end-to-end export operations, including pre- and post-shipment activities, warehouse management, and documentation compliance. The role requires coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely material pick-up and accurate record-keeping.

The candidate will manage ASN/EDI, export bills, and bank-related documents, while ensuring adherence to RBI timelines for EDPMS/IDPMS.

Responsibilities

• Handling all Exports Pre-Shipment, Post-Shipment Activities.
• Shipment Tracking and provide real time informations to the Sales team.
• Responsible for Export & Domestic Warehouse Management
• Monitoring Export WH shipment and keep the records in the system.
• Export WH shipment ASN, EDI and Child Invoicing for Export W/H.
• Timely Check & Forward Export WH bills to logistics team
• Co-ordination with WH team & sales for pick up of material as per customer requirement from warehouses
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of Shipping Bills, Customs Documentation, and Export / Import statutory requirements.
• Bank Documentation, Export Collection Documents, and timely submission of documents to banks.
• Monitor and close EDPMS and IDPMS transactions within RBI timelines and coordinate with banks for realization and closure.
• Payment coordination for WH sales
• Vendor Payment Management.
• Maintain Export Sales Recprd and Filing of Documentations.
• Maintain Records for EPCG, Advance Authorization, RoDTEP and Duty Drawback Schemes.
• Monthly Freight Provision and MIS Role & responsibilities
