Job summary

Miko is seeking a logistics professional to manage factory dispatches to the USA, India, UK and other countries. The role includes finalizing LSPs, coordinating freight, ensuring on‑time delivery and handling export/import documentation.

You will maintain MIS reports, support forex documentation for payments, and ensure compliance with international shipping norms and terms. This is an on-site position focused on global logistics operations.

• Executing Logistics for all the factory dispatches, primarily to USA, India and rest of the countries as well.
• Exports & Imports to from China, India USA & UK
• Finalizing LSP for the shipments taking into consideration overall scope of activity.
• Reviewing the performance of the LSPS to ensure that they adhere to the agreed service levels.
• Co-ordinating with freight forwarding companies regarding freight negotiation for most economical business.
• Ensuring shipments are delivered seamlessly.
• Executing correct pre-post shipment documentation-Commercial invoice & Packing list, BL Draft, Certificate of origin etc.
• Co-ordination for container plan & stuffing plan at the origin (factory or warehouse)
• Ensuring that the shipments are delivered in a time bound manner as per the delivery timelines.
• Maintaining all the reports (MIS) to gauge strategic developments.
• Assisting finance team with documentary compliance for forex payment / receivables
• Ensuring documentation is as per the International norms/ terms.
• Invoice & Packing List Creation.
• CFS/Port/Air Cargo Visit in case of any issues pertaining to Shipment Clearance.
• Vendor Invoice Booking Processing and Vendor Payments in coordination with accounts team.
• Annual Insurance coverage for all marine transportations along with the coverage for all global warehouses for cargo storage
• Courier Shipments Process - Export shipments booking with LSP like Fedex and clearance support for Import shipments.
• Additional activities - Audit related reconciliation support to the Finance team.
