Job summary

Add-On Safety & Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai Suburban seeks an Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end export processes, generate leads from portals and databases, and respond to export inquiries.

You will prepare and file pre- and post-shipment documents, coordinate with freight forwarders, ensure compliance with export laws, and maintain accurate records in ERP. This role requires proactive coordination with internal teams and suppliers to meet deadlines, optimize shipping methods, and

Responsibilities

• To generate export leads from portals and existing database
• To handle Export documentation, logistic, attending export inquiries, offers, negotiation of orders from importers.
• To organize for all Pre- Shipment & Post Shipment Documents within a specific deadline, plan for effective shipping procedures and find the desirable transportation method with the aid of the customers.
• Filing and maintaining accurate records for all export transactions
• Provide applicable export documentation needed by each country of destination
• Ensure that export laws and regulations for export consignments payment terms are adhered
• To submit timely document directives to independent surveyors and freight forwarders to necessitate timely processing of exports
• Maintain up-to-date export files in a structured and catalogued system.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Confirm barcode labels are applied on the shipper before dispatch
• Coordination with internal department for export purpose
• Prepare Sales orders in ERP system on time
