Job summary

GLS Logistics in Haryana, India, is seeking a seasoned SCM professional to lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations for domestic and international markets. Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of supply chain and logistics operations for both domestic and international markets.
• Planning and execution of dispatch operations, including vehicle arrangement and transportation management.
• Handling EXIM operations, including import/export documentation, customs coordination, and compliance requirements.
• Coordination with customers, CHA, freight partners, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials and finished goods.
• Monitoring inventory planning and material availability to support uninterrupted production and dispatch schedules.
• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize cost, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.
• Vendor development and management for logistics, freight, and transport services to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely service delivery.
• Tracking key supply chain KPIs, analyzing performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and SCM functions.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and company policies related to procurement, logistics, and EXIM activities.
• Leading and mentoring the SCM team to strengthen coordination, process discipline, and overall operational effectiveness.
