Job summary

Pagaar India in Kolkata invites a go-getter for the role of Support Executive. You will handle voice calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate solutions to customers. Prior 1–2 years in voice process or technical support is preferred, with fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali.

This is a work-from-office position at Salt Lake Sector V with standard Mon–Sat hours. Salary is up to ₹20,000 in-hand monthly plus incentives; immediate joiners preferred. Walk-in interviews welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Voice Process, Technical Support, or Customer Care.
• Experience in Upselling/Cross-Selling preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Bengali.

Responsibilities

• Voice Support & Resolution: Handle incoming customer calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate solutions.
• Customer Retention: Maintain high FCR and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
• CRM & Record Management: Maintain accurate call details, customer queries, and ticket status in CRM/Excel.
