Job summary

Good Health Company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own end-to-end e-commerce operations, covering procurement, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics across domestic and international markets.

You will manage inventory planning, 3PLs, and logistics partners while coordinating with teams across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. The role demands strong analytics, leadership, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.
• Strong experience in inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and 3PL management.
• Experience in international/cross-border e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end e-commerce supply chain operations from sourcing to final delivery.
• Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock availability.
• Oversee 3PLs, fulfillment centers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Manage end-to-end international and cross-border logistics, including shipping, customs, and compliance.
• Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and returns.
• Manage backend operations across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
• Identify process gaps and drive end-to-end process improvements and automation.
• Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, finance, marketing, and other teams.
• Lead and manage the operations team and handle escalations.
