Job summary

Ajmal Perfumes seeks an energetic Manager/Senior Manager Inventory & Supply Chain to lead stock planning, forecasting, and international shipping for its global e-commerce business. You will liaise between the Head Office, Amazon, TikTok Shop, international warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure optimal stock levels and timely distribution.

The role requires 4–8 years in supply chain or e-commerce operations, with familiarity in cross-border shipping and UK/EU warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning or e-commerce operations.
• Platform knowledge with Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop is required.
• Strong understanding of cross-border shipping, customs and UK/EU warehousing.
• Background in FMCG/Beauty/Fragrance/Consumer Goods is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive problem solver in fast-paced e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & stock management across marketplaces and warehouses, minimizing stockouts.
• Build weekly/monthly sales forecasts for multiple markets.
• Manage international shipping from Dubai to UK/EU warehouses, balancing cost and speed.
• Coordinate with warehouse partners and 3PL for accurate receiving and order fulfilment.
• Review invoices and collaborate with Finance to optimize logistics costs.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Inventory and Supply Chain Manager to lead stock planning, demand forecasting, and international shipping for our fast-growing global e-commerce business. In this role, you will connect our Head Office with Amazon, TikTok Shop, international warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure the right products are in stock at the right place and time.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Inventory & Stock Management: Keep optimal stock levels across Amazon, TikTok Shop, D2C, and warehouses. Track daily stock, stock‑outs, and shipments in transit. Prevent products from going out of stock and manage slow‑moving or extra stock.
• Sales & Demand Forecasting: Build weekly and monthly sales forecasts for the UK, EU, and global markets. Use sales trends, upcoming promotions, and season peaks to plan stock needs weeks in advance.
• International Shipping (Dubai to UK / EU): Manage product movement from Dubai to warehouses in the UK and EU. Choose the best mix of air and sea shipping to balance cost, speed, and product availability.
• Warehouse & Partner Operations: Work closely with warehouse and 3PL partners in Dubai, the UK, and EU. Ensure quick stock receiving, accurate system inventory, and smooth order fulfillment.
• Vendor & Cost Management: Check and approve invoices from shipping lines and warehouses. Partner with Finance for timely payments and find ways to reduce overall logistics costs.
• Reporting & Coordination: Maintain a daily/weekly dashboard tracking stock levels, shipments, costs, and sales. Serve as the central point of contact between supply chain, finance, and e‑commerce teams.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience – 4 to 8 years in supply chain, inventory planning, or e‑commerce operations.
• Platform Knowledge – Experience with Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central) or TikTok Shop.
• Logistics Skills – Understanding of cross‑border shipping, customs clearance, and UK/EU warehouse operations.
• Industry Preference – Background in FMCG, Beauty, Fragrance, Fashion, or Consumer Goods is a plus.
