The Senior Supply Chain Manager will own end-to-end supply chain and fulfilment operations, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, procurement coordination, and logistics. This is a high-ownership leadership role requiring strong analytical thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to scale operations in a fast-paced environment. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product availability, cost efficiency, and on-time customer delivery while building robust, scalable processes.
Design and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and demand forecasting using historical sales data, marketing inputs, seasonality, and product launch plans.
Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and obsolescence risk.
Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including negotiations, performance evaluation, and compliance.
Drive procurement planning and ensure timely replenishment across SKUs and channels.
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Implement strong inventory control systems, cycle counts, and discrepancy reduction.
Improve warehouse layout, manpower planning, productivity, and throughput.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, infrastructure upkeep, and operational compliance.
Continuously improve order accuracy, fulfilment speed, and overall operational efficiency.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics through courier partners and 3PL service providers.
Track and improve key logistics KPIs including delivery TAT, delay rate, RTO %, and customer SLA adherence.
Own reverse logistics, including returns, warranty replacements, refurbishments, and quality checks.
Drive logistics cost optimization through vendor negotiation, routing efficiency, and process improvements.
Build, lead, and mentor warehouse and supply chain teams.
Define, track, and improve KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, inventory accuracy, cost per shipment, and turnaround time.
Prepare regular MIS and dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
Train teams on SOPs, systems (WMS/ERP), and best operational practices.
Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across the supply chain.
Partner with marketing, product, procurement, finance, and customer service teams to align supply chain plans.
Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and peak-sale readiness.
Work closely with customer service teams to resolve fulfilment, delivery, and return escalations.
