Heads Up For Tails is seeking a Senior Manager – Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment for an omni-channel business. You will ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfilment, manpower productivity and cost-effective operations across multiple channels.

This high-ownership role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making and the ability to drive change in a high-growth, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse/fulfilment operations.
• Experience leading large-scale warehouse ops in high-volume settings.
• Exposure to B2B, B2C, D2C, marketplaces and retail fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across B2B, B2C, D2C, marketplaces, e-commerce and retail replenishment.
• Drive productivity across inward, put-away, picking, packing, loading and inventory counting.
• Establish and monitor warehouse productivity standards and KPIs.
• Own manpower planning, productivity, utilization, attendance and discipline.
• Optimize permanent and contractual workforce based on business volumes.
• Monitor and control warehouse operating cost per order/unit.
• Drive inventory accuracy and effective inventory management.
• Lead warehouse managers, assistant managers, supervisors and associates.
• Conduct daily performance reviews and monthly operational reviews.
• Build team capability through training and SOP adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement and warehouse automation initiatives.
• Manage vendors/3PL partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment operations for an omni-channel business.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfilment, manpower productivity and cost-effective warehouse operations across multiple channels.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across B2B, B2C, D2C, marketplaces, e-commerce and retail replenishment
• Drive productivity across inward, put-away, picking, packing, loading and inventory counting
• Establish and monitor warehouse productivity standards and KPIs
• Own manpower planning, productivity, utilisation, attendance and discipline

• Monitor and control warehouse operating cost per order / unit
• Optimise MHE, consumables, packaging materials and other operational expenses
• Drive inventory accuracy and effective inventory management
• Lead warehouse managers, assistant managers, supervisors and warehouse associates

• Build team capability through training and adherence to SOPs
• Drive continuous improvement and warehouse automation initiatives
• Manage vendors / 3PL partners and cross-functional stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse / fulfilment operations
• Graduate or above
• Experience leading large-scale warehouse operations in a high-volume environment
• Exposure to B2B, B2C, D2C, marketplace, e-commerce and/or retail fulfilment
• Strong hands-on understanding of Odoo ERP/WMS or other WMS platforms
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management and order management
• Experience with system integration and operational analytics
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and manpower planning
• Data-driven approach to operational decision-making
• Strong problem-solving and process orientation
• Experience in vendor / 3PL management
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of warehouse cost optimisation
• Ability to drive change and work cross-functionally in a high-growth, high-volume environment
