Job summary

Nimbuspost is seeking a skilled Last Mile Delivery Analyst to monitor and manage daily performance across courier partners and regions, tracking SLA adherence, delivery rate, and RTO, while coordinating escalations with internal teams.

The role also involves analyzing delivery exceptions, reviewing zone and pincode performance, and maintaining dashboards to drive visibility; you will partner with tech and operations to automate processes and ensure SOP compliance across partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily last mile delivery performance across courier partners and regions.
• Track SLA adherence, delivery rate, and RTO percentage, ensuring targets are met.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations promptly.
• Analyze delivery exceptions (NDRs, undelivered, RTO, etc.) and ensure timely reattempts and closures.
• Review zone- and pincode-level performance to identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily/weekly dashboards and reports to provide visibility to management.
• Work closely with the tech and operations teams to drive process automation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and implement operational best practices across partners.
