Job summary

Jeebly Technologies in India is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage UAE Last Mile operations and courier coordination. You will oversee pickup coordination, driver allocation, route planning, and shipment tracking to uphold service levels.

The role requires hands-on analytics, proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales to deliver fast, reliable deliveries in a high-pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
• Experience in courier/logistics or last-mile operations is preferred

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Prior experience in UAE Last Mile Logistics or Courier Operations is highly preferred.
• Experience in coordinating pickup operations, driver allocation, route planning, and shipment tracking.
• Basic knowledge of fleet operations and transportation planning.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), courier management systems, or logistics platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 13 years of experience in courier, express, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MIS reporting is essential, including the ability to prepare daily operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operational environment while maintaining high service levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
