Job summary

Think People Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned logistics operations professional to manage last‑mile activities and escalations across D2C and e‑commerce channels.

You will coordinate with multiple courier partners, negotiate rates, onboard vendors, and work with aggregators such as ClickPost, Shiprocket, Eshipz and Easyship to monitor performance and resolve issues. Strong Excel and API familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in logistics/last-mile/e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on courier/3PL management and shipment escalations.
• Experience with RTO/NDR, reverse logistics and SLA/KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with logistics aggregators ClickPost, Shiprocket, Eshipz or Easyship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage last-mile logistics escalations including RTO, NDR, delayed, lost, damaged, exchange, replacement and reverse shipments.
• Manage and coordinate with multiple courier/3PL partners for operational performance and issue resolution.
• Handle courier rate negotiations, commercial comparisons and vendor onboarding.
• Manage logistics aggregators such as ClickPost, Shiprocket, Eshipz and Easyship.
• Monitor OTD, FAD, RTO%, SLA, Cost per Delivery and delivery performance.
• Handle shipment investigations, courier claims, weight discrepancies and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Technology teams on API/system integration issues.
• Support B2B logistics, including store replenishment, inter-warehouse transfers, vendor pickups and bulk shipments.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and logistics performance dashboards.
• Identify recurring issues and drive RCA, process improvements and cost optimization.

Experience Required:

• 6-10 years of experience in logistics/last-mile/e-commerce operations, preferably from D2C, e-commerce, retail or consumer businesses.

• Candidates should have hands-on experience in courier/3PL management, shipment escalations, RTO/NDR, reverse logistics, SLA/KPI monitoring and logistics MIS. Experience with logistics aggregators such as ClickPost, Shiprocket, Eshipz or Easyship will be an advantage. Strong Excel, analytical and vendor management skills are required.
