Job summary

Shipyaari in Mumbai is seeking a Logistics Operations Executive / Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end logistics, including first mile and last mile activities.

You will supervise performance, analyze data for MIS reports, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Support to ensure service excellence. The role requires 2–4 years in logistics or e-commerce operations, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication for escalations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor SOPs, compliance standards, and operational controls.
