Job summary

Solarium Green Energy Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to manage plant stores, warehouse and logistics operations in Ahmedabad. You will ensure timely material receipt, storage, issue and dispatch while maintaining high inventory accuracy and ERP discipline.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, graduate-level education in SCM or related fields, and hands-on ERP/Odoo proficiency. Collaboration with procurement, QA/QC, security and accounts is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma / BE/BTech / MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end plant stores, warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proficient in ERP discipline and inventory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant stores and warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection coordination, put-away, bin management and safety.
• Coordinate material receipts with Procurement, QA/QC, Security and Accounts; ensure timely GRN/MRN completion.
• Ensure timely material issue to Production, Maintenance, EPC and other departments against approved requisitions.
• Maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy between physical stock and ERP records through cycle counts and stock verification.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, vehicle planning, dispatch tracking and transporter coordination.
• Ensure accurate ERP/Odoo transactions for GRN, transfers and dispatches with regular stock reconciliation.
• Maintain stores and logistics records for audits and compliance.
• Lead and train storekeepers and logistics staff, drive KPI-based accountability.

Job Description:

Education: Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred

About The Role

Responsible for the end-to-end management of plant stores, warehouse, inventory, material movement and logistics operations. The role will ensure timely material receipt, storage, issue, internal movement and dispatch while maintaining high inventory accuracy, proper documentation, ERP discipline and cost-effective logistics operations.

The key objective is to ensure the right material, in the right quantity, at the right location, with the right documentation and at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Stores & Warehouse Management: Manage day-to-day plant stores and warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection coordination, put-away, bin management, storage, space utilization, 5S and safety.
• Inward Material Management: Coordinate material receipts with Procurement, QA/QC, Security and Accounts; verify documentation and ensure timely GRN/MRN completion while tracking shortages, damages and discrepancies.
• Material Issue & Production Support: Ensure timely and accurate material issue to Production, Maintenance, EPC and other departments against approved requisitions, while monitoring line-side inventory and material returns.
• Inventory Control: Maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy between physical and ERP stock through cycle counts, stock verification, variance analysis, batch/lot/serial traceability and control of slow/non-moving inventory.
• Logistics & Transportation: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, vehicle planning and placement, loading, dispatch, delivery tracking, PODs, transporter coordination, freight costs and vehicle utilization.
• ERP / Odoo Management: Ensure accurate and timely ERP/Odoo transactions for GRN, material issue, transfers, returns and dispatches, along with regular stock reconciliation and inventory reporting.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain stores and logistics records, ensure proper documentation for inter-plant transfers, customer dispatches, imported/bonded materials and support internal, financial, customer and statutory audits.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise storekeepers, warehouse staff, loaders and logistics coordinators; allocate daily activities, monitor productivity, train employees on SOPs, ERP and safety, and drive accountability through KPIs.
