Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% material availability from warehouse to production.
• Monitor inventory levels and aging stock.
• Track production plan adherence and minimize losses.
• Manage material receipt, issuance, and QMS/Ops tasks.
• Monitor turnaround time and support new model development.
• Ensure 5S and safety compliance across store operations.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly dashboards.
• Allocate manpower and manage shift operations.

Job Purpose

To efficiently manage warehouse and store operations, ensuring timely material availability for production through effective inventory control, material management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% material availability from the warehouse to the production line as per the production plan.
• Monitor inventory levels, material accountability, shortages/excesses, and aging stock.
• Track production plan adherence and minimize production losses.
• Manage material receipt, issuance, rejection, and OSP activities within the warehouse.
• Monitor TAT and support new model development activities.
• Ensure compliance with 5S standards and safety requirements across store operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and reports.
• Manage shift operations and effectively allocate manpower within the warehouse.
