Helmerich & Payne in Panaji, Goa, India is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in the Administration Department to manage procurement, create POs, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely deliveries.

You will review invoices against contracts, follow up on open orders, and prepare regular procurement and status reports, using MS Excel, Power BI and ERP systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements, supplier quotations, and contractual agreements.
• Reviewing and reconciling vendor pro-forma invoices and supporting documents against Supplier contracts and PO requirements.

Qualification

• Working knowledge or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance will be preferred.
