Helmerich & Payne in Goa offers a hybrid role supporting Supply Chain activities, including sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations. The position reports to the Systems and Analytics Manager and requires strong Microsoft Office and ERP experience.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data handling in PowerBI, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment in Goa.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (prefer accounting).
• Proficient PC applications: Excel, Word, Outlook; HaLO Ticketing; PowerBI.
• ERP experience is a plus, preferably Oracle.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced multifunctional environment with changing priorities.
• Position reports to the Systems and Analytics Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve approval hierarchy issues and employee setup.
• Help processing tickets in SolveIT.
• Create new items, edit items, edit locators, edit Min/Max.
• Create ATF POs and edit BPA.
• Receiving ATF and Service POs.
• Add internal source configurations.
• Maintain and improve item catalog for procurement and inventory management.

Job Summary:

This position will primarily support Supply Chain groups in sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations. Supports Supply Chain groups business needs.

Responsibilities:

The following items represent most of the duties performed by the position but is not meant to be all inclusive nor to prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary.

• Resolve approval hierarchy issues and employee set up.

• Help processing tickets received in SolveIT.

• Create new Items, Edit Items, Edit locators, Edit Min/Max.

• Create new BPA, edit BPA.

• Create ATF POs.

• Receiving ATF and Service POs.

• Add internal source configurations.

• Maintain and improve the item catalog for procurement and inventory management.

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, but preferably accounting background.

• Thorough knowledge of PC application skills, including Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Outlook, HaLO Ticketing application and database products such as PowerBI.

• Previous experience with an ERP system a plus, preferably Oracle.

• Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and project management skills.

• Having the ability to function in a fast-paced multifunctional environment where priorities change quickly.

• Position will report to the Systems and Analytics Manager.
