Job summary

Helmerich & Payne, Inc. in Goa is seeking a Supply Chain professional to support sourcing, procurement and warehousing operations. The role involves resolving approval hierarchy issues, processing SolveIT tickets and maintaining item catalogs in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (preferably in accounting) with strong MS Office, Power BI and ERP experience, especially Oracle. Excellent organizational and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably accounting.
• Proficient PC skills: MS Office, HaLO Ticketing, PowerBI.
• ERP experience is a plus, preferably Oracle.
• Strong organizational, time-management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve approval hierarchy issues and employee set up.
• Help processing tickets in SolveIT.
• Create new Items, edit Items, edit locators, and edit Min/Max.
• Create new BPA and edit BPA.
• Create ATF POs.
• Receive ATF and Service POs and add internal source configurations.
• Maintain and improve item catalog for procurement and inventory management.
