Job summary

Helmerich & Payne in Goa is seeking a Supply Chain support professional to assist sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations. The role involves processing tickets, item/catalog maintenance, and setting up approvals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and strong Excel/Office skills, familiarity with PowerBI, and experience with an ERP system such as Oracle. Hybrid work model in Goa is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, but preferably accounting background.
• Strong PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook; knowledge of PowerBI.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifunctional environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve approval hierarchy issues and employee set up.
• Process tickets in SolveIT system.
• Create and edit Items, locators, Min/Max values.
• Create and edit BPA and ATF POs.
• Receive ATF and Service POs.
• Configure internal source settings; maintain item catalog for procurement and inventory.
• Support procurement/warehousing operations to meet business needs.

This position will primarily support Supply Chain groups in sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations. Supports Supply Chain groups business needs.

Office Location: Goa

Work Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Resolve approval hierarchy issues and employee set up.
• Help processing tickets received in SolveIT.
• Create new Items, Edit Items, Edit locators, Edit Min/Max.
• Create new BPA, edit BPA.
• Create ATF POs.
• Receiving ATF and Service POs.
• Add internal source configurations.
• Maintain and improve the item catalog for procurement and inventory management.

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, but preferably accounting background.
• Thorough knowledge of PC application skills, including Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Outlook, HaLO Ticketing application and database products such as PowerBI.
• Previous experience with an ERP system a plus, preferably Oracle.
• Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and project management skills.
• Having the ability to function in a fast-paced multifunctional environment where priorities change quickly.
