Job summary

JITO in New Delhi is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for the Chemical/Manufacturing industry. The role involves supporting the sales team in order processing, customer coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and execution.
• Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and sales orders.
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and dispatch status.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams.
• Handle customer queries and provide necessary support.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and presentations.
• Support documentation for tenders and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
• Assist management with sales tracking and reporting activities.
