Job summary

Swastik Associates in Lucknow is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee daily plant operations and production activities. You will manage attendance, manpower, and stock records while coordinating with Production, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams to hit targets.

The role requires ensuring safety, quality, and timely reporting, with responsibility for shift operations and resolving shop-floor issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related field.
• Experience in production/plant operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of attendance, inventory, and production management.
• Basic MS Excel & MS Office skills.
