Job summary

Durucooperation in Tamil Nadu invites an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities, drive output, ensure quality, safety, and productivity targets are met, and align with production schedules.

You will supervise manpower, coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other departments, enforce SOPs and 5S standards, monitor bottlenecks, and train operators to sustain efficient production, even in shifts.

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing supervision.
• Strong knowledge of shop-floor production processes and manpower handling.
• Willingness to work in a production/shop-floor environment and in shifts, if required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
